Job description

At Five9s Solutions, we are hiring a HR lead, the ideal candidate will be leading the human resources department and should have prior experience in a similar role. The applicant should be aware that this is a UK based role but it is mandatory to be able to travel to India every quarter for 2 -3 weeks.

Primary responsibilities:

1. Making strategic and operational decisions
2. Approve, review and oversee HR Policies, practices and resources
3. Develop strategies to address and report on areas of concern (Vacancy rates, Turnover)
4. Provide strategic leadership for all HR programs and services
5. Manage and analyse employee performance
6. Monitor employee Health, Well-being, and Safety
7. Set performance goals, conduct annual performance appraisals
8. Main lead in recruitment and selection process
9. HR Planning – meet the company’s long-term requirements
10. The ability to work within a stated business plan
