Job description
At Five9s Solutions, we are hiring a HR lead, the ideal candidate will be leading the human resources department and should have prior experience in a similar role. The applicant should be aware that this is a UK based role but it is mandatory to be able to travel to India every quarter for 2 -3 weeks.
Primary responsibilities:
- Making strategic and operational decisions
- Approve, review and oversee HR Policies, practices and resources
- Develop strategies to address and report on areas of concern (Vacancy rates, Turnover)
- Provide strategic leadership for all HR programs and services
- Manage and analyse employee performance
- Monitor employee Health, Well-being, and Safety
- Set performance goals, conduct annual performance appraisals
- Main lead in recruitment and selection process
- HR Planning – meet the company’s long-term requirements
- The ability to work within a stated business plan
