Job description

The HR and Admin Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently processing employee data, keeping company policies up- to-date, and assisting in the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, Admin and familiarity with HR functions will contribute to the smooth running of all HR operations in a long term. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and promoting effective communication within the organization.

Primary responsibilities:

  1. Processing Employee Data
  2. Keeping company policies and records up to date
  3. Assisting recruitment process
  4. Ensuring compliance with HR policies
  5. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records
  6. Develop training and onboarding material
  7. Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  8. Update internal databases with new hire information
  9. Welcoming visitors to the building, organizing security clearance and showing them to meetings
  10. Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks

Recruitment process

  1. Review CV/Resume for each candidate
  2. Initial telephone / online meeting (teams / Zoho / Zoom) Screening Interview with the Talent Acquisition Team
  3. Online assessment (Technical, Numerical, Aptitude tests) – If Applicable
  4. Technical Interview – In person / online
  5. Final Interview – Head of Department / Line Manager
  6. Reference Check
